Drinaldo-Sarnavsky scratched from Friday's M-1 Challenge 30 event on Showtime

Friday's M-1 Challenge 30 event has lost its co-headliner.

A lightweight bout between Francisco Drinaldo and Alexander Sarnavsky has been pulled from the card, and former lightweight champs Jose Figueroa and Artiom Damkovsky have been promoted to the co-main-event slot.

M-1 officials today told MMAjunkie.com Drinaldo suffered an undisclosed injury.
