As the sport of MMA has grown and the public has become more interested and aware of the sport and all its aspects, the function of a fighter manager has been put under the spotlight.

Mostly, people don't understand what an MMA manager is, how he works, and what he accomplishes. Just recently, we saw a declaration by UFC heavyweight contender Junior Dos Santos that he doesn't even understand what a manager does.
