Manager: Ben Henderson ready for title shot but willing to fight Clay Guida on FOX

A day later, former WEC champ Ben Henderson and his manager have answered the challenge.

While representatives for both lightweight contenders believe they've done enough already to earn a title shot, both are open to a No. 1 contender's bout - especially if it means a prime spot on the UFC's debut FOX card.
