The Las Vegas-based Superior Cage Combat promotion returns to action in February, and UFC veterans Kendall Grove and Jay Silva headline the event.Promotion officials recently announced that "SCC 4: Grove vs. Silva" takes place Feb. 16 at Orleans Arena in Las Vegas.
