New England Patriots kick returner Julian Edelman was named AFC Special Teams Player of the Week, the NFL announced on Wednesday. Edelman had his best game of the season against the Kansas City Chiefs on Monday night. He recorded a 72-yard punt return for a touchdown in the second half and had 81 punt return yards total.
