The AFC East blog continues its series this week on highly touted draft picks who need to show up in 2012. Next we take a look at a cornerback for the New England Patriots. Bust Watch: CB Ras-I Dowling Pick: Second round, 2011 Analysis: To be fair, this is only Dowling’s second season. But Dowling was thought to be a first-round talent the Patriots got value for in the second round. Dowling had a hip injury that sidelined him most of last season.
