KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- General manager Ken Williams maintained his focus on the Chicago White Sox's bid to win the American League Central in the wake of a USA Today report Thursday that he would move to a team president's title, with assistant GM Rick Hahn taking over Williams' duties.
