Paterno family wants all records released

Joe Paterno's family is calling for the Pennsylvania attorney general and independent investigator Louis Freeh to release all emails and records relating to their investigations into the Penn State sex abuse scandal. CNN and other media outlets have reported several alleged emails between former Penn State officials that were uncovered during the investigation. One email, reportedly sent from former athletic director Tim Curley to former president Graham Spanier, suggests Paterno might have steered school officials away from contacting outside authorities to investigate sex abuse claims against former assistant football coach Jerry Sandusky.
